The EcoCross hybrid bamboo bike frame passes all EN fatigue tests for carbon fiber frames. That's the toughest test there is. Even though we already passed the aluminum frame tests, we decided to go all out and try passing the carbon fiber fatigue tests. 200 pounds of weights are distributed onto the EcoCross hybrid bamboo aluminum frame. Lifetime Warranty
Your new EcoCross bamboo bike frame is warrantied against manufacturers defects for life. If it's our mistake, we will replace your frame for free. This applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable. If your warranty claim is more than 90 days after purchase, you will be responsible for shipping costs. If your model is no longer available, we will offer you a replacement from our current production models.
Returns and Refunds
We do not issue refunds or accept returns, but we will replace defective frames as explained in the above warranty section.
